Why is my device not compatible with your game(s)?

There are many possible reasons why a device gets banned.
It’s not only due to hardware issues, some Android versions are so customised that the game simply can’t run correctly.
We prefer to spare our fans from purchasing a game that is not going to run while we try to fix the problem.

I want to change my username.

Sure! Just go to the game's main menu, tap on the profile icon at the bottom left hand side of the screen and hit "Manage Profile".
From there, type your desired username into the text field, then hit "Save".
